Firm gives $1 million to pro-Romney group, then dissolves

Records offer no clues who was behind mystery company that donated to 'super PAC'

How am I, a simple voter limited by the FEC to $2500 per election per candidate, supposed to compete with someone who has enough money to setup a shell company, make a huge anonymous donation to a Super PAC for a candidate, and then dissolve the company and disappear.

I'm certain that Founding Fathers would not have approved, which just goes to show that Republicans only invoke the Founding Fathers when it suits their purposes using their own twisted interpretations.
